The cottage has three bedrooms, including a convenient ground-floor double bedroom ideal for grandparents or guests who prefer not to use stairs, plus a family-friendly children’s room and a comfortable master bedroom upstairs.

There’s plenty to explore right on the doorstep, from the charming port, cafés and marina at Mortagne-sur-Gironde just 10 minutes away, to beautiful beaches, picturesque villages and family-friendly attractions within easy reach. Cycle to the nearest town for a fresh morning boulangerie run or a leisurely lunch, discover vineyards and enjoy local wine, Pineau and Cognac tastings, or head to the coast for a day at the beach. Families will love Château des Énigmes, Les Antilles de Jonzac waterpark and La Palmyre Zoo (within 20-40 mins), while the beautiful village of Talmont-sur-Gironde is perfect for a relaxed afternoon wander.
