Accommodation Overview
The villa is 2-storey and offers sea views and direct access to the pool terrace from both the living area and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a second king-size with ensuite and third bedroom a twin (2 singles) with use of the family bathroom with bath and shower) The fully kitchen is fully equipped for self catering but the on-site concierge can arrange meals on request. Daily housekeeping, a concierge service (for grocery shopping, booking taxis, restaurants, excursions, babysitting, kids club, spa etc) is included, along with wi-fi. Also included is access to the nearby (15mins by taxi/car) Domes of Elounda resort facilities including complimentary kids club (4-11yrs) an beach club. Food, beverages and spa treatments etc. are payable.
Local Area
The beach is within about 15 minutes walk but roads are unpaved and uphill on return so most guests drive/taxi. Many use the beach at Domes of Elounda whilst kids attend free kids club or adults enjoy a long lunch or spa treatment arranged via our concierge. The nearest town is Aghios Nicholoas (5 mins by taxi/car) and it is well regarded for it's beach, shops and tavernas. The villa concierge can arrange excursions and boa trips on request. Neatest airport is Heraklion (approx 60 mins by car/taxi).

Payment policy A prepayment of 100% of the total accommodation cost is required at the time of booking. Cancellation policy Free cancellation is not available for this rate. If the booking is cancelled after the free cancellation period ends, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total accommodation cost. Booking terms & conditions Rates include VAT and City Tax. The taxes specified are subject to change by Greek government regulation without further notice. - Applicable Tax Charges: An environmental fee, defined as Climate Resilience Tax, is applicable by law, payable by the guest directly at the hotel. The cost of Climate Resilience Tax is 2.00€ per room per night (for stays between April 1st and October 31st included) and 0.50€ per room per night (for stays between November 1st and March 31st included). - The hotel reserves the right to not accommodate guests that refuse to pay the tax.
