How to use it:

  1. Log-in or register as a host
  2. Click 'Post a new listing'
  3. Select 'Instant Booking' listing type.
  4. Use our speedy system to describe the property and upload images
  5. Add the available dates and their standard nightly rate before discounts
  6. Publish your listing
  7. The pack2go system will automatically apply discounts as above. Travellers can request to book and enter credit card details but are not charged until the host accepts the booking.

*Hosts are free to withdraw listing or reject bookings at anytime. Credit cards are not charged until hosts accept bookings.

2. Private Deals

List your available dates and invite offers without discounting prices publicly.

    Create an 'Offers Accepted' listing and list your property's unexpected availability dates at the standard rate. Your listing will display a 'Request a private offer' button.

    Send an offer privately
    Interested travellers will message you to request a private offer for their preferred dates. Use our secure messaging system to agree a deal.

    Once a deal is agreed, enter your preferred payout details and request payment via our secure credit card processor.

How to use it:

  1. Register or log-in as a host
  2. Click 'Post a new listing'
  3. Select 'Offers accepted' listing type.
  4. Use our speedy system to describe the property, available dates with their standard (pre-discount) rates and upload images
  5. Publish your listing and it will appear with a 'Request private offer' button
  6. Interested travellers will send requests detailing their preferred dates, guest numbers and budget
  7. Respond with your 'deal'.
  8. When a deal is agreed, add your pay out information via the secure system powered by Stripe. Click 'Send private offer'.
  9. The system will send the client a link to our secure payment system.
  10. You will be notified when payment has been made and can upload confirmation documents.

3. Personalised deals

Receive traveller requests without live listings for ultimate discretion. Choose to respond if you have matching availability.

How to use it:

  1. Register as a host or log in
  2. Choose a host community membership option from £15 a month
  3. Receive alerts when a traveller requests a property in your location(s)
  4. When an alert matches your availability, log-in.
  5. Click 'Post a new listing' and select 'Alert Response'
  6. Upload a basic listing with available dates and standard (pre-discount) rates
  7. The system will alert the traveller to your listing and invite them to make an offer.
  8. Follow steps 8-10 from 'Private deals' above.
