Accommodation Overview
Westbrook Court is an idyllic 9 bedroom, 8 bathroom "mini estate" located just outside of Hay on Wye and bordering the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons. Our property offers a truly unique setting for family holidays, Hen/Stag/Sten & Fox do's as well as micro-weddings and retreats, with a hot tub, plenty of space for guests to roam and gather and sensational views across the local and far landscapes. During your stay, you and your guests will have exclusive use of the house and its 3 acres of gardens with it's own recently planted Woodland. Our property accommodates up to 26 resident guests across 9 bedrooms, including: • 9 king size bedrooms and 6 en-suite bathrooms with 2 further shared bath/shower rooms - for 18 adults • 3 sofa beds suitable for adults and children - for 3 guests (charged as extra) • 5 blow up camp beds for children (charged as extra) • Therefore we can host 21 adults and 5 children Our facilities include: • hot tub /cold plunge with adjacent kadai area for stargazing • games room with table tennis, fooze ball and a dart board with an additional workshop room for activities • large dining room to seat 21 guests, • large garden with lawn and mini orchard and other landscaped courtyard areas with views Private woodland walk with seating areas for quiet reflection Our rate includes: • Exclusive use of Westbrook Court and all facilities • Main bedding, towels, and essential amenities - sofa beds are extra • Self catering basis for max 26 guests (we cannot host extra "day guests") • A generous welcome hamper and ample firewood for the hot tub/kadai • Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out by 10 am. Where you book direct with me, we will endeavour to offer you an earlier check in of 2pm and a later check out of 12 noon. (subject to no other guests departing or arriving on your arrival and departure days. • We are pet friendly and welcome children • We have details of 3 local caterers who can quote you for your celebration meal at all price points. • We have a detailed Activity List and More with lots of contacts of local activity providers, walks and other local information.
