Across its 110m² interior, traditional terracotta floors, pale ceiling beams and generous glazing sit alongside designer furniture, modern art and shelves of inviting books. Two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, accommodate four guests. One is downstairs and the other upstairs, making the house an appealing choice for two couples or a small family. Central heating keeps the interiors comfortable in cooler months. Outside, a shaded terrace provides space for dining and lounging, while the private 12m × 4m pool overlooks the garden, olive trees and rolling hills. West-facing views make sunset drinks a particular pleasure. Pool heating is available for an additional €250 per week. Note: The property is part of a bigger building behind the rear wall but is not overlooked and it feels like a stand-alone property.

If you can bear to tear yourself away, the small medieval town of Piegaro is just 2km away and Città della Pieve, a larger hilltop town, is just 15 minutes by car. The perfect place to stroll with an ice cream in hand, you will also find a good selection of restaurants and bars.
